Brent Kuwatch, MAI

Brent Kuwatch has over 30 years of experience as a commercial real estate appraiser/consultant. He has performed real estate appraisals for banks, corporations, individuals, attorneys and government entities. He has served as an expert witness in litigation matters involving commercial real estate in local and county level courts, as well as Ohio Board of Tax Appeals. His testimony/work has been relied upon by the Ohio Supreme Court for decisions regarding cases. He also has personal experience in the investment and development of commercial properties, including apartment, flex warehouse, and assisted living assets. He has served on several advisory boards including The Northern Ohio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute (President 2005), Greensburg United Methodist Church, Sigma Alpha Epsilon Board of Trustees (Ohio Lambda Chapter), Camp Y-Noah (Akron Area YMCA) and the City of Green, Ohio Planning and Zoning Commission (Chair 2019 and 2024).
